  • Litigator, Notary and Consultant for various companies and banking entities both national and foreign. Specially in the field of Commercial Law, with an emphasis on Portfolio management, provision and elaboration of loan guarantees, structuring, planning and development of commercial contracts in areas such as marketing, distribution and transportation of merchandise, company mergers and acquisitions
  • Coordination since 1995, of several collection management processes for national and foreign companies in the Central American area, Panama, the Caribbean and South America
  • Has participated in several arbitration processes, rule based and fairness based, both as arbitrator and as lawyer for one of the parties. He has also imparted and led several workshops and seminars for private companies and national forums in areas such as collection management, credit policies, guarantee financial instruments, arbitration and mediation
